Tips to enhance your Kenya Serena Safari experience:

Should you go on a road safari or a fly-in safari?

THE GREAT MIGRATION IN THE MASAI MARA

Between approximately July and October, the Masai Mara may host large herds of wildebeest and zebra as part of the annual Great Migration through the Serengeti–Mara ecosystem.

River crossings and the movement of the herds are natural events and cannot be guaranteed on particular dates, but travelling during this period can offer an extraordinary safari experience.

For travellers specifically wishing to plan their safari around the migration, we can recommend the most suitable dates, locations and camps according to seasonal conditions.

  • Add-On: Paradise Islands Destinations

Complete your Kenya safari with a relaxing Indian Ocean beach stay. Zanzibar, Mauritius and the Seychelles can all be combined with your safari to create a longer tailor-made holiday.
