This small gem of a tented camp offers the comfort of private and spacious tents with full length baths. Simple elegance and luxury is the Sekenani style. Situated on the boundary of the Maasai Mara, 15 luxury tents are set on platforms with each deck offering a beautiful view of the hills and plains beyond and the Sekenani river below where game and birdlife abound.
	The cuisine is excellent, providing for all palates with a tantalizing array of freshly prepared dishes. The personal attention of the staff, most of whom are local Maasai, and your host give one a feeling of well being, which mixed with the daily adventure and excitement of being in the untamed African bush, is a truly enriching experience.
LOCATION: Sekenani Camp is located towards the Eastern end of the Maasai Mara on the source of the Sekenani River, 6Km from the main reserve gate on the Narok Keekorok road. It is 240 kilometers from Nairobi by road or 40 minutes by air and is served by Keekorok airstrip.	SEKENANI CAMP is proud to be in the forefront of conservation efforts in the Maasai Mara and the management and staff feel a strong connection with, and responsibility towards the local community. Development projects, which guests may visit if they wish include: healthcare, education, veterinary services, provision of clean water, development of 'alternative' energy sources, use of fuel-efficient stoves, tree planting and waste management.
