We are dedicated to ensure that each safari is carefully tailored to suit your individual needs!

We work with you to create a travel plan from scratch, or we tailor one of our many existing safaris to suit your interests, budget and preferred style of travel.

As each requirement is different, and there is much to choose from, we thought we would make it easier for you by illustrating some carefully selected Camps and Lodges within the National Parks and Reserves where you can stay.

The web site is designed to provide you with samples of safaris and a selection of accommodation and activities that are available in the respective safari destinations.

You may either select from our list of suggested safaris or plan your own luxury safari by selecting the hotels, lodges and camps that are most suitable for you. We have provided the description and pictures of the very best.

This will enable you to view the kind of accommodation which may best suit your needs in the different safari destinations. The next step is to contact us with your requirements -  we will then go ahead and put the pieces together and create  a safari for you, exactly as you would like it to be!

Prices will vary depending on many factors: season, number of people travelling, length of holiday, destination, style of accommodation etc. However, a Safari camp/lodge will generally cost considerably more than a hotel, so a holiday which concentrates solely on wildlife viewing will invariably cost more than one which includes general touring or visiting a beach.

SEASON: High season prices vary from the low season rates. Rates for high season are in effect for a reason, as often the game viewing is at its best during these times of year and space is at a premium. However, if you are flexible with your travel dates, and can travel in low season, the price of your trip will be lower. You will find the areas less crowded and have less difficulty confirming space.

Some points to keep in mind as you dream and plan:

-The safaris on this site are designed to reveal the major attractions of Kenya and Tanzania and are ideal for both the first time visitor and safari enthusiasts.

- our set safaris are excellent, but you can also use them as starting points and design your own ideal excursion.

- any amount of customizing is possible. We will put together the exact trip that you have decided is perfect for you.

- we can tailor make our safaris to use lodges/camps of your specifications.

- All of our itineraries are based on a minimum of 2 people travelling together. If you require a single room, the appropriate supplement needs to be added to the cost of your safari.

- Please bear in mind that the long distances between the different wildlife reserves in Kenya can involve many hours of driving over rough and bumpy roads and we therefore recommend flying by light aircraft direct to the safari lodge in order to avoid the ardous road journey.

When you fly in to the camps and lodges, you will also have the advantage of being taken out on game-viewing drives in a 4 wheel drive safari vehicle rather than a minibus

Every safari mini-bus is comfortable and designed with a large pop-up roof for the best view and photography of wild game. All Safari guides have experience in gametracking and are very knowledgable about the people, flora and fauna of the country.

The success of our safari will largely depend on the quality of your accommodation. We offer luxury (Lodge) Safaris where you are accommodated in carefully selected lodges and hotels which will make you feel very out of Africa yet very close to nature.

All Safaris depart daily, require a minimum of 2 guests and include:

- English speaking professional Driver/Guide throughout

-accommodation in double or twin bed rooms with private bath or shower

- all hotel taxes and service charges

TANZANIA:

Tanzania is a remarkable country whose wilderness remains relatively untouched. Northern Tanzania boasts many of the wonders that are renowned throughout the world: breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro, the remarkable Ngorongoro Crater, a World Heritage Site teeming with game and the Serengeti National Park, famed for its mass migration of vast herds of zebra and wildebeest.

To the east lies the mystical island of Zanzibar, with its evocative, historical 'Stone Town' and gorgeous white beaches.

MOMBASA & ZANZIBAR

Kenya - The Kenya coast is an ideal year-round beach destination. With mile upon mile of talcum-white sands, most of them protected by the long coral reefs, this beautiful coastline is also safe for swimming and excellent for water sports.

SafarisOnline features some of the most popular beach hotels. The hotels are located on either the North or South coast of Mombasa.

The North coast is traditionally busier and offers a greater variety of activities, restaurants and nightlife. The hotels are situated between 14 and 35 km from the airport with a transfer time of approximately 1 hour.

Diani Beach, with 10km of uninterrupted talcum-white sands, lapped by the clear turquoise Indian 0cean, forms the heart of the South coast. The hotels are between 33 to 46 km from Mombasa with the route taking you over Kilindini harbour by the Likoni ferry. The transfer time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

Zanzibar - Empty, glorious beaches await, with brilliantly coloured fish and coral gardens lying close to the shore. Stroll past timeless fishing villages, with dhows, pulled up on the beach, in vivid contrast to Zanzibar's lush, green interior, its spice plantations and Stone Town, a charming myriad of narrow streets and shady courtyards.
